Fast 'til noon, then carnivore for lunch, carnivore dinner, protein shake desert ~ 7 -8 pm.

BP 134/95 - sucks but better. 8 pounds down.

Weak sauce I know, but trying to shake off a few years of being a slug and 50 pounds of rust.
