-6 air temp, snow, -17 feel like. Got to the starting point of my normal run and called it and hopped on my treadmill for 15 miles. Longest treadmill run ever for me. 90 min and 60 min Peloton running classes got me through it.
Workout: performance measurement. 45 mins to: Row 1000m Ski Erg 1000m Run 1000m 100 Walking lunge with 45 sandbag 100 wall ball shots 14# to 10' Run for remaining time. Score is distance on the second run while fatigue compromised.
Like a dope I picked up the one 55lb bag at the gym that looks like the 45 bags, so I have to gauge off using the heavier bag now.
Going on my first rehab run. Partially to begin my recovery. Partially to disregard all the newscasters telling people to stay inside and sit on the couch.
It's barely even freezing here.
Consistency: It's only a virtue if you're not a screw-up.
