6 am 30 min on the Peloton bike with some German chick instructor.
IF til noon, then carnivore at noon and again at ~ 7 pm. I can smell the ketones in my pee, so it's working.
Down 13 lbs today! Tried on an old skinny suit - no where close to fitting, but I fit in my one of my "fat" suits very easily. My fat arse exploded over the holiday season where I was having trouble in any of my suits.
Treadmill tomorrow.
