2700 yards in the pool. Pretty chilly to and from the pool with temps in the 30s but the water felt great.

After the weather so far in January, I'm thinking about getting a treadmill. Last week - 22mph winds. This week - below freezing (25F this morning). Next week - pouring rain. I can run in wind and cold... not a fan of soggy, though.

Obviously I prefer to be outside on a beautiful day like today. But even sun shining 28F is a no from me.
