30 mins on the Peloton tread
5 min starting warmup walk, then 2 min run, 3 min walk for every 5 min interval after that ----> did that all the way to the end. I take a class but I get sick of adjusting knobs (speed, incline) all the damn time. So I just pick one with music I like and do what I want. The instructors usually intersperse positive, pep talk with all the knob adjusting crap but I find that pep talk stuff helpful.
weak sauce, but I'd have a hard time doing that much running even that 3 weeks ago. My goal, for now, is a 2 min warmup and 28 minute solid run but that's down the road
