Workout. Max reps:
3 min of 5 hang power snatch @75 + 5 pull-ups
Rest 1 min
3 min of 5 overhead squat + 3 chest to bar pull-ups
Rest 1 min
3 min of 5 squat snatch + 2 chest to bar pull-ups
Rest 1 min
3 min max burpees.
