9 weeks out from Dallas Skyline HM.
Want to get down under 2 hours, but not sure how feasible that is.
Doing a lot of zone 2/3 running trying to keep HR down around the 10:30 pace.
Short runs are 3-5 miles during the week, working my weekend runs up a mile each week to the race.
Would have to shave 1:15 off of my pace still...
Anyone that runs around a 2 hr half here that can chime in on their typical training pace strategy?
