Today is our Good Friday workout: pick your barbell weight, 45 up to 95
14 rounds of:
10 deadlifts
10 squat cleans
10 push press
15m of walking lunges with barbell on back

After rounds 3,7,9, do 7 Turkish getup 35-55#

Time cap 45min.
