2 x 600 @ 5k + 200 recovery
3 x 400 @ 5k (plan was 4 reps, but backed off with the heat)
3 x 200 @ mile + 200 recovery.

800m run carrying 65# sandbag
800m run no weight

Then 4 rounds of:
800m Row or Ski Erg
12 ground to overhead 65# sandbag (clean and press or jerk)
400m run

Then 800m run to finish

Goal is to get fatigued and practice running at a steady pace in that condition.
