Lots of people form my gym (Brenham CrossFit) are competing and volunteering. The owner of Brenham CrossFit is a good friend with the Charlie and is the head judge

Yea, most events do. We have our heifer show that weekend so until the kids graduate I can't volunteer. Last year all the volunteers got a pair or nanos and some other swag.

I volunteer each year and yes, the swag and food are great.They have started paying the volunteers with $50 gift cards too ( have to meet certain requirements).
