Do these work? Anyone use one and can recommend one?

Molecular hydrogen (H) is small and stable enough that it doesn't chemically react or degrade in the stomach. It diffuses rapidly through the small intestine without breaking down and freely enters cells.
Quote:
H2 reduces oxidative stress and improves redox homeostasis partly mediated via the Nrf2 pathway, which regulates levels of glutathione, superoxide dismutase, catalase, etc.

H2, like other gaseous-signaling molecules (e.g. NO, CO, H2S), modulates signal transduction, protein phosphorylation, and gene expression, which provides anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy, and anti-apoptotic protective effects
Hmmmm. Interesting.Quote:
If one assumes that the hydrogen ion is the species being discussed, they may think that adding hydrogen gas (H2) to water will change the pH of the water. But, molecular hydrogen (H2) is a neutral molecule that, when dissolved in water, has no influence on the water's pH. Alkaline ionizers raise the pH of the water not as a direct result of adding H2 but because in order to produce H2, they must consume the H+ ions in the water, thus making the water more alkaline. Methods of producing hydrogen water such as bubbling or infusing, which simply add pure hydrogen gas to water, do so without changing the original pH of the water.

What the heck, I clicked your Amazon link and said what the heck, I'll try it. I ordered it at noon.
The bottle was at my house yesterday when I got home from work. That is the fastest I've ever gotten anything by online order in my life.
We were getting drone service here for a bit in South College Station. Was pretty cool getting stuff dropped in your driveway an hour after ordering. It is on hold for now due to FAA & software updates or something.GeorgiAg said:
I'm 30 minutes from Atlanta and live on some acreage in the boonies. I have one bar cell signal at the house. I guess I must be close to the Amazon warehouse or whatever. Still crazy fast.
Anyway, I'll post any results. Pretty cool looking LED lights on this thing. You press a button and you can see gas bubbles. Very cool, even if it's all hogwash. Worst case, I'll be drinking more water.
