Workout: 45 min 9x5x1 min stations
1. 100m shuttle run on 12.5m course
2. Max strict pull-ups
3. 200m on Ski erg machine
4. 15 V-ups
5. 7 devils presses with 2x35 dumbbells (think burpee to overhead)

~4.5 mile hike at Lake Bryan, didn't realize just how out of shape I have gotten. Need to get back on the grind!

Both, though I don't need it for accountability. It's more of a habit and to give people ideas.
