Warmup 10 mins then:
3x12 minute parts

1: 12 mins running up and down stairs. 127 steps up hillside
2: 12 mins of max reps of
7 KB clusters
10 KN swings
5L/5R KB single arm power clean and press
(Rest as long as you work or alternate rounds with a partner)

3: 12 mins trail running up and down the trail along the cliff overlooking the lake.
