Bottom line up front: when I walked in my shoulder had been bothering me for a couple of years despite a lot of care and rest. After two visits I am back to doing any exercise I want and would say I'm 95% better. Highly recommend these folks for any nagging soft tissue injuries.

I hurt my shoulder a couple years ago - no acute injury just started bothering me and felt very unstable. To the point that any palms-away pressing movement like bench press or overhead press felt like I was going to hurt myself.

I found ways to work around it with machines that didn't irritate it, but really wanted to get back to the types of exercises I really liked.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with going to the doctor for this kind of thing. I felt like they'd tell me to just go to PT, maybe image it, maybe recommend surgery (no thank you).

My wife had a good experience with the Airrosti Clinic. They're chiropractors but don't crack bones. They focus on what I'd call deep tissue massage stuff and they also assign you some PT-type work.

First visit, the guy did some diagnostics. A few movements pain was at maybe a 4. He pokes around on me deep tissue massage style for about 5 minutes and we re-do the diagnostic. Pain is down to a 2. I get assigned some exercises and lacrosse ball rolling. I'm back a week later and he works it again. Pain is further down. He tells me to keep doing my homework and go to the gym and really test it out.

I get under the bar on bench press and I can barely notice anything with the shoulder. Same on other exercises. I'm out of practice but feeling zero instability and no concerns that I'm going to hurt myself.

Maybe I've had crap luck with other doctors and this is normal, but this was a VERY different experience for me. If you have one of these injuries I would HIGHLY recommend checking these guys out. Couldn't believe it. Two visits and I feel like I'm healed. Wish I would've gone to see them two years ago.

my wife use to work for them. I always had a great experience going, but I also typically knew the doc personally and could get in pretty much whenever I needed to. I never had anything "major" treated, usually went in as a more proactive approach when I'd feel something flare up like IT band, Achilles, etc.

I had a great experience with them in HS working on my shoulder and saving my senior year of football. Haven't been back since then, but I've been having a calf injury that's bugging me. I was thinking about giving them a shot again, but wasn't sure if they were quacks or legit based on some google "research". Glad to hear you had a good experience and I think I might go to them for my calf.

Every time I've been dealing with an injury I've always lived far away from one of them. Been wanting to check one out. Have heard good things. I'm a big proponent of hands on therapy.

Airrosti really helped me out with some SI joint problems a few years ago. They did a great job of explaining how to do my (successful) at-home therapy and the purpose of it. Highly recommended.

Guess I'm in the minority. I went to one about 7-8 years ago for some low back issues I had been dealing with, and they did nothing to help improve things. Granted, it was a disc issue, and knowing what I do now, there wasn't much they could have done that would have made an immediate difference.

I see them just like any other PT. Some can be great, some not so much.

It's incredible what they can do in 1 or 2 visits

Highly recommend
