40 minute run, 10 min warmup, 20 minute threshold, 10 min cool down. Chest day, top bench set was 305 and it moved really easy. Probably had 315 in me for the first time since college. Won't know till next week though.

3 miles easy run plus wu/cd

So warm and humid but I'll be dreaming of "only" 75 degrees in a month or two.

Attempted C25K W2D3 with 3 kids but we only got thru 6 intervals. Tough week!
