she's freaking out. I am calm for now, but stressed because she is stressed.

Is it her first mammogram or one after a child or an augmentation? If so, what my friends and I have experienced is that normally, they'll give women a heads-up that it'll likely pop because there's no basis from which to go, and they'll need to do another US. It is nerve-wracking, though.

no, neither. Not unusual for her to be called back for a more detailed scan. Happens every other year, sometimes 3 in 5 years, but recent mammogram showed a new focal asymmetry.
Please tell me there's a special place in Heaven for Aggie fans! It's like we are living some sort of penance on Earth.
