Lost a month of training and pretty much did the back half as a long run. Will try to go sub-2 in a couple of months if I can stay healthy.

1:28:34 in the Nashville Rock n Roll half this morning. I am really pleased with the results relative to the training I did and where I am overall right now. It was a hard effort, but I executed well.

10 push-ups
20 air squats
Then 1200m run
5 rounds of
8 pull-ups
20 walking lunges
Then 100 sit-ups (no vest)
