1:28:34 in the Nashville Rock n Roll half this morning. I am really pleased with the results relative to the training I did and where I am overall right now. It was a hard effort, but I executed well.
Workout with 20# weight vest: 1200m run 5 rounds of 10 push-ups 20 air squats Then 1200m run 5 rounds of 8 pull-ups 20 walking lunges Then 100 sit-ups (no vest)
