Chest and shoulders at the gym. Successfully graduated from 220 on bench press so starting next time I'll be back up to two plates. I wasn't able to get under a barbell for almost two years so it's nice to be getting back up to where I was (especially since I'm cutting weight).
At Orange Theory the workout lent itself to seeing how quick I could get to 1.5 miles (which is what the PT test in the AF was). Made it in 11:30 which would've gotten me 57/60 points. And the workout wasn't just 1.5 miles so I had quite a bit left in the tank and could've probably gotten it a little quicker. I've been off cardio for a while so I was pleased with the result.
