24 hours of Murph. Teams of 8, each do 3 Murph, one every 8 hours. Raise money for charity.
Murph:
Run 1 mile
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
Run 1 mile
I got 10am, 6pm, 2am
Not doing the 20# weight vest for this one.

11 mile run in Houston. Got done at 9am, brutal heat and humidity
5 miles
Round 1 44:58, round 2 47:20.
Mainly a rest day, but did 3 miles at sunset.

Round 3 ended up being 48:40. Working with skin tears on both hands but lots of tape and chalk helped.
