My achilles is getting better fast so I should be back to normal in a couple of days.

Miserable: Hardest Mile, home version:

400 Burpee plate jumps. (Instead of 400m burpee broad jumps)
400 alt Fwd lunges (instead of 400m walking lunges)
400m bear crawl
400m run

Yeah, it gets easier as you go but those 400 burpee plate jumps are miserable when it is 92F in the shade.
