1.5 miles into a 10 mile run I pulled my right hamstring then walked home.

So far this year I've dealt with left hamstring, right hamstring, left calf, left knee, and right shin pain. If I play injury bingo this year I might end up with a blackout card.

Warmup some of the workout exercises, run 800m

Workout:
400m run
3 rounds of
21 push-ups
15 pull-ups
9 air squats
Then another 400m run
3 rounds of
15 deadlift @155
12 burpees
9 toes to bar
Then another 400m run
3 rounds of
12 power clean @135
9 push jerk @135
6 handstand push-ups

Stretch

Bonus: did a crap job of anchoring my boat and had to swim it down at the lake…probably a good 500m. I had a pool noodle for backup flotation. I was more worried about other boaters than the swim.
