10R 10L standing rotations against band (hold arms bent at ab level holding band and rotate against resistance 90 degrees)
12 lateral alt skater jumps
12 wall switches (lean into wall with hands, start on one fit, then drive into wall switching one leg to other, high knee off leg)
20 sit-ups
