Warm up 10mins leg focused.

Back squat 6x4 all 185

4 rounds of:
8 BB hip raises @135
20 alt front lunges w 2x25 DB held at shoulders
6L 6R single leg Rom DL with 45 KB
16 alt side lung squats (Cossack) with 2x25 DB held at hips

Bike work: 4x 30sec sprint + 30sec res
Then right into 2:00 max sustained effort
