6 mile run in Divide, Colorado at around 9000 ft. Lots of up and down. Had to go easy at times, but glad to get a good run in before the elevation gets to me.
You wanted to, I did lol. Also found a water fountain and drenched myself. It was brutally stale and it was 5 am. I'm happy September is here and cooler weather is getting closer.
Short workout. Quick warmup then did the Hyrox PFT since the gym was hosting it.
It's a quick intense 25 mins give or take of workout: 1000m run 50 burpee broad jumps 100 alt front lunges 1000m row 30 push-ups (hand release at bottom) 100 wall ball shots 14# to 10'
