Anybody have one they like? I've had them used on me in PT, but wouldn't mind getting something to use at home. Just not quite sure what to look for.

They are plentiful on Amazon and very affordable. Find one you like and get it. I'm so glad I have one.

Thanks man. Yeah, I've seen a lot on there and most are pretty inexpensive. So I wasn't quite sure if there were specific things to look for. I'll probably just try one and see how I like it.

Yeah, I got a cheap one from Amazon and it works really well.

The cheap ones work, but we bought a Marc Pro for my son who pitches. It is much better, priced that way too.

For those that have one, what benefits are you seeing?

I haven't used mine lately, but it does a good job of loosening up tight shoulder and back muscles.

I have one of the mass models from Amazon, and I really only use it in acute, centralized situations (i.e. calf or hamstring strain). I have tried it for back and glute problems before and hated it. The intensity (however low) was too much for me given the size and connectedness of those muscles.

1) foam roller daily
2) compression boots 3 to 5 times per week
3) percussion massager as needed
4) TENS if nothing else helps
