Day 1: 4.1 Miles @ 7:54 pace
Day 2: 4.01 Miles @ 7:03 pace
Day 3: 4.01 Miles on hills @ 8:59 pace
Day 4: 4.01 Miles on hills @ 8:32 pace

My legs are pretty damn gassed.


Also plan on getting a run on the Notre Dame campus Saturday morning...excited about that
