7 miles though I planned 6. Took oldest kid on her bike and she missed a turn... so I had to run an extra 0.5 there and back to catch her.

6 deadlift @185
6L 6R split squats with 2x35 dumbbells
8 Rom DL with 2x45 KB
20sec L 20sec R Copenhagen plank holds

6 rounds of:
20 air squats
10 ring rows

Then 12 minutes on stationary bike
