Had to take an unscheduled week off due to upper respiratory infection. Legs said, "We haven't moved in a week, we feel great!" Head and chest said, "We should be in bed."

So basically I ran fast but now I feel like I'm gonna die.

Went out for 6 miles but the weather felt great and shoes felt springy. Added .2 and set a new 10k PB.
