Skied the past 3 days and I don't ski like most people on vacation. I do stop for lunch about half an hour and a couple of beer breaks but otherwise I'm making laps and riding the lift, open to close. 6 mins up, 2-3 mins down unless I am working moguls or tough terrain, that takes a few stops to pick a path and rest the legs so a mistake while fatigued doesn't become a trip ending injury.
I usually get in 30+ runs a day. I do start to slow down for some short breathers by sbout 2pm or so, or dial down the pace a bit.
