I had some money left in my 2025 FSA account that had to be spent this month so I ordered an Oura Ring 4. The cost was $432. I could return it and get the money back in my FSA and spend it on something practical. Anyone have any feedback on this product?

I've had one for over a year. It's awesome if you are a data junkie and get motivation from tracking your metrics.

I credit it with helping me pull the trigger on a dry year as it would kill my sleep score every time I sniffed alcohol. The sleep score wasn't the catalyst in and of itself but having an objectively negative outcome, other than hangovers/feeling bleh, was very convincing for me.

Great for sleep tracking, especially if your alternative is a bulky watch that is annoying. Can be good for tracking daily movement and / or running. Only limitation I have with it is obviously it doesn't work if you have to take it off (e.g lifting weights or swimming). I don't car as much but there are better products for things like heart health that can do EKG's.
