Watched the American Experience documentary about the Gilded Age last night. Looking for a good book with audible version about it. Historic to compliment the documentary, not fiction. Thanks!
If you want an overall history of the gilded age, I am drawing a blank. But two good ones set in the gilded age that capture the times and are great reads:
1. Essing's "Edison and the Electric Chair." 2. Larson's "Devil in the White City."
