A couple of weeks ago, I got to do an interview with KAMU TV about my book, The Lost War for Texas. It was a great experience. Obviously anytime coming back to campus is good. The studio is basically built right next to what used to be the Grove. Got to look out the window and see the giant Albert Speer wannabe monstrosity science building built on top of my old dorm, Law Hall. And of course, the MSC is bigger. But other than that, the landscape looks pretty much the same.
Anyway, had a good sit down with the hostess of a book-related show. She clearly read the book and asked good questions, so that in itself kept me focused so I wouldn't ramble. Anyway, here's the interview. If you really want to get an idea about what the book is about, I think this is a good intro.
