My wife found this pendant in an antique store in McKinney many years ago. Tried to find the provenance, but this was back when the Internet was still in its toddler stage, so no luck. My MIL, who was on the board of the 12th Man Foundation at the time, showed it to many people and got the same result. Anyway, ran across the pendant recently while doing a little spring cleaning and thought to try again. Google Image came up zilcho. On the back of the pendant is engraved TWELFTH MAN. Anybody have any ideas? Seems if it was mass produced, there would be others out there. Thanks!

My father in law played in the 1946 Sugar Bowl (for Oklahoma A&M) and got a gold football shaped charm with his name. Much nicer than this, so I guess yours is mass produced and his was more personalized

I think the interesting part is "National Champion". I wonder when in 1939 or 1940 that title was bestowed
