And Stowers is likely getting drafted next spring. Top 5 TE by some NFL draft sites.
People think I'm an idiot or something, because all I do is cut lawns for a living.

I remember when we all thought that Mark Farris was ancient when he came back from baseball to play at 25. Now that age is the new normal for college players.

These former Aggie quarterbacks are living the dream and getting paid. I wish all of them best of luck with their current schools.

Former QB U!

I challenge any D1 school to have at least 6 former QB's still actively playing NCAA football in '25.

Add to these 3 or 4 more former A&M QB's playing in the NFL, how the hell do we not have more to show for it?
The person that is not willing to fight and die, if need be, for his country has no right to life.

Not really a bragging point...

Not a bad thing either. We are getting QBs good enough to start D1 but we just need to find one who won't get injured and can be top 10 level, consistently

Definitely a bot. For a while, I wondered, but the constant verbatim copying of other posts is the real clincher.

We could have the '85 bears roster and still go 8-4

Come to think of it, the Fightin' Texas Aggies are at their best when they have a QB with no future (loosely speaking).

The real question is if we would we trade our current QB for any of these players. For me the answer is no. If you want to obsess over missed opportunities look no further than our trade with Oklahoma Kyler Murray for Trevor Knight. The only trade more lopsided in history was the Louisiana Purchase.

Herschel Walker to Minnesota for a good chunk of the roster that won 3 Super Bowls is up there. The downside was that it convinced Jerruh he was a football genius, which has been proven wrong by 30 subsequent years of mediocrity.
