I thought the call was for an illegal chop block on the kicking team? What exactly was the call that wound up going against us instead? What happened?

I thought it was too, but never got a clear explanation. That could've changed a lot of things. Instead of them on their own 10-12 yard line in a tight 3 point game, instead you give them the ball out near the 35-40 yard line?
