Is the FG kicker.

Running backs? Obviously. QB? Obviously. Skill position and other fundamental players? Obviousl.

But more games are won and lost by a FG than nearly anything else.

And with a student body of over 67,000+ , we can't field a decent FG kicker that knew how to get his kicks up, and make them consistenly beyond 35+ yards. All season.

Elko and co and absolutely crapped the bed on this this season.

Do you think he will handle it? 12 games in, and we are riding this cripple all the way to the bitter end.

Bond situation / FG finally cost us.

A 13-13 or 13-20 or 20-27 game is very different than being down 2 scores.

That and Reed's inconsistency were bound to cost us a game.

The other big issue with this team is the punt team. Punt blocking scheme is horrible.

11-1 and a playoff birth is crapping the bed on the season? I get losing to Texas hurts but get some perspective.

Kicking has been suspect at best this year.

How in the hell can we not get a consistent kicker in the program ?
