Its not about a paycheck. Its about how we do our jobs and get our respective teams to respond to challenges and ensure their KPIs are completed. Its about how they show up when the pressure is on, its about how they respond and overcome adversity and lead each other. Its about how they prepare against the competition.

Holding them accountable. I dont care if you make a million a year, or 50k a year; its about expectations and doing your job.

This team and the coaches did not do their job! Two weeks to prepare and they folded like a cheap tent.

They were trying, tu just had a game plan that countered it. Got out coached.

We should coach to our strengths and their weaknesses. We did neither. Texas was next to last in run defense. Texas weakness on O was protection, and we brought 4 or 3 the entire second half I believe. Elko had complete brain lock. He blamed bad football playing. I blame coaching for putting players in bad spots. And tu was dropping 7 into coverage, and we threw into it. Not enough screens. Not enough use of TE's. Not enough use of EJ.
Just coached completely opposite of how we got there. Then Elko loses it in the presser. Ugh!!

I got the impression our coaching staff was pounding down the turkey, dressing, and pie on Thursday. The players, too. They looked like they just got off the couch after a Thanksgiving nap.

We sucked in all three phases. True team effort. Coach took blame for putting guys in positions they couldn't win and he didn't know. Week 12 you probably should know your team.
