Im going to guess we get the 6 seed. Will it be the ACC champ? Texas? OU? Bama?

We could easily be 8th seed or lower…folks about to be shocked as they will not worry about putting 2 loss team over a 1 loss team if they pass the proverbial subjective eye test. If tu can get in w 3 losses as Sark and many are now pushing, we can fall in the rankings.

To put us at 8 you basically have to put OU or ND ahead of us (or Bama, who you now have to jump over OU, who they just lost to)
So which of OU or ND do you move above us?
The one that tu blew out on a neutral field (OU)
The one that we beat on their home turf (and STILL have less losses than)

As Looch was alluding, the media has already setting the narrative for us to fall pretty far with a loss by calling out our schedule.
I hate when the narrative aligns with indisputable reality
Only way we could fall to #8 seed is if Alabama wins today and in Atlanta next week. OU and ND are obviously not jumping us.JDCAG (NOT Colin) said:90ags said:

Complete BS. Ohio State and Indiana have played 7 of the bottom 9 in the big ten. Today is literally Ohio states second game against a ranked team.
It's funny how they refer to all other teams schedule based on their opponents rank at the time they played, yet for us they refer to the current rank. Double standard to justify their narrative.
I mean, our schedule is indisputably weak and we lost to a pretty lousy team, right? What has Ohio states schedule got to do with it?

Ohio State's schedule is like #50.
Indiana's is like #36.
A&M's is like #18.
One of those teams beat the team we just lost to, the other hasn't lost. I don't understand why those are brought up at all? Those schools having bad schedules doesn't make a&m's better. Obviously you can't rank a&m above Ohio state or indiana...we lost to a 3 loss team that got taken to overtime by Kentucky. Yall are using yesterday's talking points- they're moot

If they want to try and talk tu into the playoff they are going to have to talk us up and say how it was such a quality win against a quality opponent, which it was. We are a good team. Our loss was in a rivalry game to a top 15 opponent on the road. We will be the 5 or 6 seed in my opinion.

I completely agree with you, but they will somehow call it a great win for Texas while simultaneously using to say we aren't that good.

You really don't understand that the National narrative has been being laid down for weeks to justify pushing us out of the top 10 for a single loss? What do you think would've happened to Ohio St if they lost to Michigan today? They're still top 4, all because of the narrative to completely ignore how easy their schedule has been.

No one should be shocked if we fall to 9 and don't even host a game.
