If A&M hosts a home game and Texas sneaks up and in with an OU loss to LSU (both would be 9-3, Texas wins head to head) would the committee set up a playoff rematch at Kyle Field?

Texas isnt making the playoffs people. Theres about 5 or 6 teams in front of them.
