Do we still have as big of an allotment of student tickets as normal? Is that something controlled by the university or by the CFP committee/process?

If the school decides, do they try to keep the strength of the 12th man, or chase the money to sell more general tickets?

Guessing visiting fan allotment is similar to other games?

If our opponent has a running QB spread us out on defense and run the QB up the middle. Our personnel and coaches have no clue or ability to stop it.

Klein will scheme the offense OUT of the game.

I dont think the intention is to be like hosting a super regional for baseball where the site, despite being hosted by the 1 seed, is meant to be neutral. Id hope they fill it with the normal allotment of students, if not more

All season ticket holders have the right to request their own seats for what seemed to be reasonable pricing. The graphic shared also showed that students could sit in their regular seats for $25.

Email I received said $150/seat, same seats and $30 for same parking, more for R/V spots

TMF members will get the first chance to buy any unclaimed tickets, as per usual. Unless there are a bunch of student tickets left unclaimed, there might not be many available. I would assume that season ticket holders will claim their seats at a 98% rate or something like that.

Related question: Does ticket revenue go to the CFP (and then distributed to the conferences) or do the home teams get the revenue? I assume it's the CFP, but was wondering.

CFP gets ticket revenue. Host school keeps concessions and parking (and maybe suite rental, although the CFP is getting $375 per suite guest ticket).

point being, and i've said this for years, that the hardest route to
defend is a come-back when the CB's back is turned.

Almost every CB will have his back turned at some point when you are
running a vertical route in man coverage.

When the receiver stops and comes back, he will almost ALWAYS have a huge
advantage on the defender.

It's time we start using this a bit more.
