These hires are such a crapshoot. With that in mind, the Silverfield hire in no way, shape, or form concerns me as an A&M fan. Golesh feels like a "pretty good" hire in a similar way Elko felt like a "pretty good" hire.

The problem, at this point in time with a still young NIL dynamic, is that these programs and new upcoming coaches may not have the experience or skills to manage shopping for players regardless of if they have top coaching abilities
