If you want to understand why A&M and other teams are where they are in the CFP rankings look at the committee makeup. It's a complete joke. Ole miss and Arky are represented from the SEC but if you are concerned those folks would have an A&M bias they are balanced out by representatives from the athletic directors from Utah and Nevada. You can't make this stuff up.

Names and affiliates of said committee would assist in allowing the zoo to rant about them more.

Good lord I didn't realize it was full of spares. Can't believe this is who picks the teams. I'd rather they just have the College GameDay hosts do it

And we wonder why it's so messed up. The even more important question is who puts them in those spots?

Virginia AD...yeah, no bias to be had there .

I am sure they announce the committee at the beginning of the season, but some should be replaced when there is clear conflict of interest. AD at Utah should be replaced too.

There is still too much obsession with 12-0 and 11-1 regardless of schedule, and the idea that conference leading or conference champs must be in the top 4/5. In no way should Technical be #4. They have a terrible loss and a JV Schedule.

Committee members with an affiliation to a school being discussed have to leave the room during that discussion.

Contrary to popular belief, amateurism is NOT dead in college sports. It is alive and well in its administration.

Football is no longer a sport when human judges determine the outcome - it's more like Ice skating or gymnastics.

Publish the rules for ranking prior to the start of the season.... and abide by them!

Where is A&M ranked in both the AP & College Coaches polls? Does EVERYONE have it out for A&M? Seems like the overwhelming majority in college football thinks they are rightly ranked at 7 based on different polls now.
