I've really been out of the loop on the recruiting front. Just wondering what y'all are hearing.

At this point, only KJ Ford (Florida commit) is the one to watch. That one likely will play out early in the day and I would not expect much excitement (good or bad) after that.

Thought a couple DL commits to LSU have delayed their signing (i.e., Lamar Brown). Doesn't mean we'll see a flip today, but if he's not signing and still thinking, maybe we have a chance still.

Who is the RB out of Carthage?

Or he's shooting an angle for a bigger NIL payday after Lanes presser where he stated he didn't even know the exact terms of his own contract and all he made sure of was that he had the money to pay the players.

Pretty sure Ford signed with Florida already this morning.

KJ Ford signed with the Gators. Looks like a very uneventful day.

It is the momentum of getting the NIL deals finalized by getting a better idea on who from the current roster is leaving vs. staying.

tu closed out a lot of top recruits over the last month...top 4 and 5 star. Why they have shot up the rankings and we have fallen (we've been status quo other than losing the RB Hatton (sp) which was significant, but picked up the WR committed to UH which was a tell we weren't getting the DeSoto WR Fester (sp)).

Some speculating we are trying to get another RB (4 star) as RB room is light (esp for a true bruising RB), but unknown who that is at the moment.

tu has had a few higher end recruits the last month, but most have been 3 star including today's flip from UCLA.

Pretty sure other than Edwards, the next RB add is coming from the portal

Rumors that LSU recruiting coordinator Frank Wilson hasn't been told he has a spot on staff and is telling recruits to delay signing as leverage.

Don't overlook the value of a Vandy degree, although Georgia is a damn good school as well.

We have a great class, now go get 7 or 8 portal immediate impact guys.
