I have been cheering him on since he played for us. Talk about "landing on your feet!"

He won't win, but Haynes should be one of 4 QBs invited to NYC for Heisman Award Festivities.

(and I don't think Marcel is one of those 4... this year)

Got to see him win a high school state championship at Jerry World, and he put that team on his back just like he is doing at Georgia Tech. Congratulations.

Happy for HK. His grit is palpable. Maybe we need a postseason award for players not currently at A&M but comparable to the Aggie Heart Award. Injuries derailed him here but his style of play lends itself to such.

Jimbo did none of our QBs any service with his schemes. They ALL struggled outside of Mond for 1 year. Instead of admitting that, many people were too desperate to play the "I told you so" card. Still are, demonstrably.

It is what it is. I think the transfer worked out for all involved. Haynes went on to do well at Ga Tech and that helped clear a path for Marcel to step up here.
