Great recruiter, but I never felt like the d-linemen ever reached their full potential under him. A lot of highly rated guys that ended up good but not great.

Yes, there is a limit to number of coaches. Also, those "consultants" were paid around $30k/year. Saban would take the wretched refuse that had been fired elsewhere and was able to rehabilitate them through years of peasantry and hard work.

I know some legacy donors in BTR, almost like family, they told me Coach O is waiting on a HC job, ERob is headed there, and that Frank Wilson is trying to leverage some WR recruits to stay on staff and Kiffen is having none of it.

Funnier is that Frank Wilson may take a few recruits to … Ole Miss when he joins the staff there.
