Where's he been? Is he gimpy?

He came out of the shoots with his hair on fire this season and it seems he's just kind of faded away the 2nd half of the season.

Has he been sneaky productive or just not that involved?

Sneaky productive. He's only about 60 receiving yards behind KC. Where KC outshines him is TDs. Kc is Marcel's favorite endzone target by far

Wow, no joke? There's the answer then. That's amazing considering how quietly he's done it

I'll remember that...sneaky production. I'll put that with arm talent and speed like a wide receiver.

This break will help Mario and others get back to full speed.

One game at time from this point forward - survive and advance.

BTHO the playoffs!!!!

Reed clipped his production with bad reads/processing if I had to guess. Because he ain't just been hurt only.

I'm sure defenses were scheming his bread and butter routes, adding to injury and maybe not the best reads by Marcel/he was covered well.

He will come back to life in the CFP

Think its been a little of everything. Nagging injury, defensive focus, other guys like ABR coming into their own, and Marcel's poor performance as of late. I do think he's taken the backseat as Marcel's #2 guy though. He was the leading receiver in each of the first 3 games, but has only the leading receiver in 2 of the last 9 (against MSST and Florida).

I'm a bit worried he will hit the portal if this playoff stretch has the same issues. It has been pretty obvious body language wise that he is a bit disappointed with his role in the conference slate. He wants to prove his versatility as a potential NFL WR, we have done little to assuage the concerns that he is a undersized, gadget type player with the way we utilize him.

I do think the injury plays into that to some extent, but we have not found him in those deep middle spaces or between the zones outside like we did quite a bit in the earlier part of the season. His longest play from scrimmage since the Florida game was 23 yards. For comparison purposes, he had a gain of at least 37 yards in 5 of his 8 games played last year and he left early with an injury in 2 of the 3 games that he didn't have a big gain.

DB's also starting holding the **** out of him. He gets grabbed on every break in his routes and it doesn't get called 99% of the time. Great strategy by defenses.

I don't think craver will hit the portal. The guy I wouldn't be surprised to see hit the portal is Terry Bussey.
