Wikipedia says that the conference championship game is played at the home stadium of the regular season conference champion. I can't imagine it would be enough of a draw to fill a neutral venue.

Tulane is just too physical for NT. NT will be totally gassed by the 2nd half That 1st 16 play drive takes a lot out of a D.

This feels like watching those A&M/LSU games in the mid 2010's. Tulane just looks bigger and more physical.
