Somewhere it was mentioned but can't find it, so can someone explain despite our 11-1 vs. georgia and ole miss vs. bama, what ultimately determined georgia and bama vs. us vs. anyone of them? Thanks.

Essentially, hey went to Championship game because they beat better SEC teams during the year.

Bama's conference opponents won 32 of 64 conference games. Georgia's won 30 of 64.

We didn't play any of them, and they played and beat better teams than we did.
