We would not even be considered.

If that 4th down pass finds the ground in South Bend and the rest plays out as it did...ND gets a bye (probably #2 after B10 CCG); Miami becomes a lock, and t.u. might get in.

Its cool though. I rewatched it on YouTube and we still won.

You still have to be almost perfect in the regular season despite 12 spots.

I think the number of teams is perfect...But how those 12 are selected is broken.

10-2 isn't impressive in the SEC (or any conference) because there are too many teams. Every year there will be a couple teams that miss out on having to play the other top teams in conference.

Its going to come down to 2/3 of Alabama, ND and Miami. All of which has flaws. Besides the obvious ND-Miami match, people seem to forget the Alabama and Miami had a common opponent in Florida State both on the road. Alabama got manhandled by two touchdowns. So should be Miami and ND.

However, we swore we weren't going to complain about who was 9-11 when we went to 12 teams (knowing that #12 would be a G5 autobid)..but yeah.

Simulated BCS would be Notre Dame, Alabama, BYU, Vanderbilt, Miami before this weekend. CCG loses would be enough to drop Bama/BYU likely.

Look at TT OOC games. Really weak. They played a ranked Utah and BYU. Very week.

The FSU game has no impact on making the the conference champ game.
