Alabama or Notre Dame, life or death

Our team has not shown much ability to rise to the challenge late in the season, but here's our chance. It's time to learn that skill.

It's about to get nuts around here, and I'm here for the ride.

Alabama it is. Dinich said Bama likely #10 per what she's hearing basically.

I think bama is out after tonight. Whoever gets 11 and 12 will be dropped for Tulane and James Madison.

After what happened in Austin, I'm not sure we're ready for the big stage.
We'll find out next weekend.

Dinich said we'd be a 5 or 6 seed. She's a clown and knows nothing we don't know.

But independent of what she said, I also think it's Alabama at no. 10.

so, the only way we would be ready for the bright lights would be a 12-0 SEC season?

BAS is strong...i get it

Dinich sucks but she's basically the mouth piece for the committee and usually her projections are accurate. She has us 7 playjng bama

9) ND
10) Bama
11) Miami

Bama between ND and Miami justifies them keeping ND higher.

ACC politically doesn't carry weight of SEC and Bama. As we saw when FSU left out for Bama 2 years ago. ACC left out again.

7) A&M vs 10) Bama at home.

Had A&M beaten Texas, Bama was going to be the next opponent anyways, except in Atlanta. So we'll still get to see what that looks like. Bring them on.

I'd prefer to play Tulane or James Madison, but outside of them, of of all the power 4 teams, Ole Miss without their HC and OC would be preferable, followed by Alabama. I think we match up pretty well with Alabama.

Cannot have a Miami, ND, and Bama. You only get two. 11 and 12 go to JMU and Tulane. Bama is likely out

I think it goes 9 Miami, 10 ND, 11 Tulane, 12 JMU

I think TAMU 74 is sip troll. He wasted a lot of time last week defending Sark.

I also think Miami will not be in the playoff. Duke winning the ACC, Makes it easy to justify Leaving Miami out of the playoff. They should have won such a bad conference if they were deserving.

Note the above is what I think their rankings will be. But 10 is the cut line for at-large teams. So Miami is then left out to make room for G5 teams. They MIGHT slip Duke in still however instead of James Madison.

Main thing is I am thinking it's Bama as our first round matchup. Of ND, Bama, Miami….I am thinking Miami is the one left without a chair.

Not a fan of committees having leaks to rollout the news in an unofficial way to get people ready for what is about to happen

This is how these committees seem to operate
By having it reported I think it gives the final announcement more credibility because the announcement is now a fore gone conclusion
